Since 1910, the Hesse-group, a family owned company, is working with more than 500 employees all over Europe.

Production et Recherche

Based on 45.000 different formulations, Hesse produces about 100 tons of lacquers and stains every day. Here, the part of solvent-free and environment-conscious products is increasing more and more. The future lies with these products. For this reason, Hesse invests strongly in this development. However, just as necessary is the continuing development of existing solvent systems with regard to safety and economy, in order to achieve an optimum coating result Country-specific product solutions with own safety and environment regulations are nothing unusual. Regular meetings of all partners an exchanges of ideas are providing a high level of knowledge.

Dangerous substances and Safety

Many chemical substances and production procedures involve a certain risk. This is in the nature of things. So, many rules and decrees are issued, in order to regulate the application of an handling with chemicals. Considerations and examinations concerning safety regulations are already applied in the development of new products or process technologies. This is made by a team of experts in the fields of development, engineering, production, safety, environmental care, fire prevention and technical surveyance.

Hesse in France

20 years ago, Hesse started its activities with only one commercial representative. In France, Hesse offers the whole range of products for interior wood coatings: solvent and water based stains, PU and NC lacquers, hydro, UV and hydro-UV lacquers, range of oil and wax products Proterra. Due to products specially adapted to the French market and our local direct service numerous regular customers have been acquired in the course of the last years. Turnover could be increased continuously.

Hesse Vernis et Teintes sarl

In 2003, the company Hesse Vernis et Teintes sarl was founded under the responsibility of Mr. Marcel Rodet. Technical et commercial service on the customer are assured by 6 local employees. The German headquarters in Hamm are responsible for deliveries an invoicing.

Service and advice

Competent advice requires permanent education and training of our staff, not only at our headquarters, but also at all our partners and daughter companies, Equipped with technical know-how and competence, they can always advice our customers perfectly, in order to find custom-made solutions for all demands. The support regarding questions about subjects like installation engineering, VOC-direction, waste and environment is a great part of our strong services.

Transport

Complete solutions for our customers mean delivery service, punctuality and delivery without damages. The most part of our lacquers and stains is delivered by the company-owned fleet. Other parts of the market are supplied with specialised forwarding agents.
