Information on use
Curing |
A coating structure without lacquer sanding can be achieved using the gelling procedure. Gelling: 1 Ga and 1 Hg lamp, 80 W/cm, V = 15 - 20 m/min UV curing: 1 Ga and 1 Hg lamp, 80 W/cm, V = 5 - 7 m/min

Comments on sanding |
The quality and uniformity of the substrate and lacquer sanding are crucial to the final surface quality. After sanding, remove dust as prescribed.

General instructions on workmanship |
Clean lamps and reflectors on a regular basis using a soft, lint-free cloth and UV 7111. Only touch the lamps when wearing cotton gloves. Note the lamp's operating hours and replace them as per the lamp manufacturer's recommendations. Always protect open containers from the incidence of light (cover them). Seal containers properly after use. Sufficient lacquer sanding and inspection of the bond within the entire structure will be required in each case. Please apply a trial coating under practical conditions!
|
The coating process and the precise application parameters should be adapted in each case to the respective application and drying conditions and can be found in the customer-specific process descriptions (surface techniques).
