Hesse CN Lightening primer NA 11110 is a clear and lightening nitrocellulose base coat. This fast drying product is ideal for open-pore surface processes. NA 11110 can be used for children’s toys when combined with matching Hesse multi-coat lacquers and top coats.

Hesse CN Lightening primer NA 11110 can be used for furniture and interior fixtures and fittings. Indeed in every situation where the resilience of a nitrocellulose surface combined with preservation of a natural wood tone is desirable.

Finishing Hesse CN Lightening primer NA 11110 can be used with the following multi-coat lacquers and top coats: EH 3303x(gloss level), NE 30x(gloss level), EH 3318x(gloss level)-0021, EH 3357x(gloss level)-0006, EH 37x(gloss level), HE 6542x(gloss level)-100, HDE 5445x(gloss level).
Yield per coat 6 - 9 m²/l

The spreading rate is heavily dependent on the type of application. The specifications relate to a liter of ready-for-use product, if necessary including hardener and thinner.
Storage temperature 10 - 30 °C
Processing instructions Hesse CN Lightening primer NA 11110 can be used for application by curtain coating. Its viscosity must be adapted to production conditions. Perform a trial coating as required.
Particular instructions Do not sand Hesse CN Lightening primer NA 11110 down to the bare wood during lacquer sanding (risk of spotting).
