Processing instructions Drying for > 16 h / 20 °C must be observed within the lacquering operations! Our aromatics-free Thinner DV 4981 is recommended for adjusting the viscosity when applying this product using a lacquering roller or brush. Our aromatics-free Thinner DV 4994 should be used to adjust the viscosity for spray application.
Particular instructions Do not use the product on light or non-wood stained woods! Use on bleached surfaces is not possible!
Air humidity during treatment of at least 50 %. Minimum temperature 18 °C. At lower air humidity and temperature, loss of surface quality is possible. Ensure airtight closure of opened containers immediately after extraction because the contents react with humidity in the air and thicken. Turn the container on its head for a short time. Clean working equipment immediately!
General instructions on workmanship

Brush application or using a lint-free roller (e.g. short mohair).
Use sticky tape to remove any loose hairs on the roller prior to first use. Rapid rolling prevents inconsistencies. It is advisable to work with the grain of the wood.

The coating process and the precise treatment parameters are adapted in each case to the respective application and drying conditions and can be found in the customer-specific process descriptions (surface techniques).
