Fields of application
DP 4791-9343 can be used as a PU Isolation primer for shopfitting and all interior fixtures and fittings, including in kitchens and bathrooms as well as the fitting out of ship interiors.

Edge and profile sanding: 150 - 180 grit (dust removal)
Basecoat: 1 x 150 - 200 g/m², Hesse PU Isolation primer DP 4791-9343, mixing ratio (by volume) 4 : 1 with PU Hardener DR 4058,
Addition of thinner at 10 - 15 % DV 4935
Drying: at least 5 h / 20 °C, preferably 16 h / 20 °C
Filler sanding: 320 - 400 grit (dust removal)
Basecoat: 1 x 150 - 200 g/m², Hesse PU Isolation primer DP 4791-9343, mixing ratio (by volume) 4 : 1 with PU Hardener DR 4058,
Addition of thinner at 10 - 15 % DV 4935
Drying: at least 5 h / 20 °C, preferably 16 h / 20 °C
Filler sanding: 320 - 400 grit (dust removal)
Coloured lacquer coating: 1 x 120 - 150 g/m² Hesse PU Coloured lacquer DB 45245-9010, mixing ratio (by volume) 10 : 1 with DR 4070 PU Hardener, addition of 10 - 20 % DV 4994
Drying: at least 5 h / 20 °C
Lacquer sanding / smoothing: 400 grit (dust removal)
Final coating: 1 x 80 - 100 g/m², Hesse PU Multicoat lacquer DE 45032, mixing ratio (by volume) 10 : 1 with PU Hardener DR 4070, addition of 10 - 20 % DV 4994
Complete drying: at least 16 h / 20 °C
