  • excellent ability to stay on vertical surfaces
  • very good body
  • fast drying
  • easy to sand back by hand and machine
EASY-FILL is a very well-bodied PU Isolation primer. Its high thixotropy makes this product exceptionally suitable as a primer for application on vertical surfaces and three-dimensional components beneath Hesse colour lacquers. EASY-FILL can be impressively sanded by hand or by machine even after brief drying and therefore supports fast, process-oriented production times.

Processing instructions Application of between one and four coats at 100 - 300 g/m² on suitable substrates. The maximum application amount in wet film is 500 g/m².
Particular instructions Mixing ratio (gravimetric) 10 : 1 or mixing ratio (by volume) 100 : 15 equates to a mixing ratio (by volume) 7 : 1 on the scale used on customary mixing beakers.
“A risk assessment was undertaken according to Directive 2014/90/EU, Annex II, Section 3. This coating does not pose a physical risk to health nor a risk to the environment when cured and dried.”
General instructions on workmanship PU lacquers should not be applied or dried at material and room temperatures of less than 18 °C and 40 % RH, ideal values: 20 - 25 °C, 50 - 65 % RH. Deviations will result in drying or curing faults. To avoid adhesion problems, please sand PU lacquered surfaces before applying fresh lacquer and apply lacquer to these sanded surfaces as soon as possible. Old lacquer/hardener mixtures will affect the surface quality (adhesion/resistance). If stored correctly (at least 20 °C room temperature), complete hardening of the coating is achieved after a week. Please apply a test coat under real conditions!
On MDF substrates: Thick boards that have been created by gluing together several thinner boards are, due to the variance in tension, susceptible to edge ridging. It is better to select a single MDF board of the appropriate thickness. Panels that have been glued together should always be sanded flat at the edges and colourlessly pre-insulated. Any water introduced by gluing must be allowed to evaporate prior to coating.
