Example 1:
Glass partition (indoors and outdoors), light green, as per colour tone RAL 6027
Surface preparation: carefully clean and remove grease from the glass using Hesse Cleaning thinner ZD 101
Coating: 1 x 130 - 150 g/m² Hesse UNA-COLOR Glass colour lacquer DB 42105-6027, mixing ratio (by volume) 5 : 1 with PU Hardener DR 4076-0001 and the addition of 10 % Thinner DV 4900
Packable: after at least 16 h / 20 °C
Ready for assembly or gluing: 5 d / 20 °C
Example 2:
Coating of sheet metal panels for outdoor areas, iron grey, as per colour tone RAL 7011
Surface preparation: carefully clean and remove grease from the sheet metal panels using Hesse Thinner DV 490 / DV 4900
Coating: 1 x at 20 - 40 g/m² using Hesse Adhesion primer TG 5242
Intermediate drying: at least 3 h / 20 °C room temperature with sufficient air circulation.
Coating: 1 x 120 g/m² Hesse UNA-COLOR Glass colour lacquer DB 42105-7011, mixing ratio (by volume) 5 : 1 with PU Hardener DR 4076-0001 and the addition of 10 - 15 % PU Thinner DV 4900 to the lacquer/hardener mixture
Packable: after at least 16 h / 20 °C
Ready for assembly or gluing: 5 d / 20 °C
