Hesse PU Glass colour lacquer DB 4239x(gloss level)-(colour tone) is formulated based on FANTASTIC-COLOR and after prior cleaning it can be applied directly onto glass. This high opacity product is available in virtually all colour tones.

Surface preparation Substrate preparation is decisive for adhesion of the coating. The glass surface to be coated must be clean and grease-free. Use Hesse Cleaning thinner ZD 101 to carefully clean the surface prior to application.
Finishing After sufficient drying time and intermediate sanding, another coat of the same.
Storage temperature 16 - 40 °C
Working temperature 20 °C
Particular instructions When painting on metal, if necessary, perform a test coating!
General instructions on workmanship PU Glass colour lacquers should not be applied and dried at material and room temperatures below 18 °C und 40 % RH; ideal values: 20 - 25 °C, 50 - 65 % RH. Deviations result in issues with drying or curing. Old lacquer / hardener mixtures impair the surface quality (bond / resistances). The final hardness of the glass coating will be achieved after one week given proper storage (at least 20 °C room temperature). Conduct a trial coating under practical conditions as necessary!

Surface preparation: carefully clean and remove grease from the glass using Hesse Cleaning thinner ZD 101
Coating: 1 x 130 - 150 g/m² Hesse PU Glass colour lacquer DB 42395-1002, mixing ratio (by volume) 5 : 1 with PU Hardener DR 4076-0001, addition of 20 - 25 % PU Thinner DV 4900 in relation to the lacquer/hardener mixture
Packable: after at least 16 h / 20 °C
Mountable or bondable: after 7 d / 20 °C
