Stackable after Directly after UV curing and sufficient cooling.
Curing Forward feed 15 m/min
Gelling: 1 UV HG lamp 80 W/cm
UV curing: 3 UV HG lamps 80 W/cm
Surface preparation Pre-priming with coordinated products required! It can be recoated using Hesse UV Top coats after gelling or UV activation and fresh sanding
Substrate sanding grits from-to 400 - 800
Lacquer sanding (grit) from - to Die Lackierung erfolgt ohne angelieren und Zwischenschliff im sogenannten Nass in Nass Verfahren.
Finishing After UV hardening the surface is resilient immediately.
Comments on sanding The quality and uniformity of the substrate and lacquer sanding are crucial to the final surface quality. After sanding, remove dust as prescribed.

The spreading rate is heavily dependent on the type of application. The specifications relate to a liter of ready-for-use product, if necessary including hardener and thinner.
Storage temperature 10 - 35 °C
conditions of transport frost-free - up to a maximum of 35 °C
Processing instructions Substrate warming and a levelling zone are very important. Both measures have a positive effect on the levelling of the lacquer.
One-time wet-on-wet material application up to 55 g/m² is possible.
Particular instructions The coating process and the precise treatment parameters are adapted in each case to the respective application and drying conditions and can be found in the customer-specific process descriptions (surface techniques).
General instructions on workmanship Clean lamps and reflectors on a regular basis using a soft, lint-free cloth and UV 7111.
Only touch the lamps when wearing cotton gloves. Note the lamp's operating hours and replace them as per the lamp manufacturer's recommendations. Always protect open containers from the incidence of light (cover them).
Seal containers properly after use.
Sufficient lacquer sanding and inspection of the bond within the entire structure will be required in each case. Please apply a trial coating under practical conditions!
