Information on use

Drying 3 h / 20 °C
Subsequent coating within 8 h / 20 °C
Stackable after > 4 - 5 h / 20 °C
Load bearing after 16 h / 20 °C
Surface preparation The substrate must be dry, dust-free and grease-free. We recommend Thinner DV 490 / DV 4900 for cleaning most metals.
Finishing Once sufficiently dry, it can be recoated using colour lacquers from the standard Hesse range, such as DB 48885-(colour tone), DB 45245-(colour tone), DB 555-(colour tone), HB 65285-(colour tone), HDB 54705-(colour tone), EB 1302-(colour tone), etc. A trial application of all coats under practical conditions is required!
Comments on sanding Depending on the type and characteristics of the substrate materials, a fine priming coat improves the bonding of the subsequent lacquer structure. The bonding primer is normally not sanded. However, coarse contaminants can be appropriately carefully partially treated. (Danger of sanding through!) Carry out a sample coating, if required.
Yield per coat 23 - 46 m²/l

The spreading rate is heavily dependent on the type of application. The specifications relate to a liter of ready-for-use product, if necessary including hardener and thinner.
Storage temperature 16 - 25 °C
Working temperature 20 °C
Particular instructions The primer must be painted over within one day without rubbing down! Please test the bonding between all coats! Storage class as per German Industrial Health and Safety Regulations (BetrSichV): Highly flammable. Please observe the latest version of the material safety data sheet!
