Vacuum coating

is a technique for applying UV and Hydro systems. With negative pressure of approx. 20 - 250 mbar, application quantities of 30 - 150 g/m² can be evenly applied at a feed rate of approx. 50 m/min to surfaces or edges with high efficiency (approx. 95%). Liquid lacquer from a storage tank is sucked in and swirled around by means of suction (vacuum) in a chamber. This creates a mist of colour inside the chamber through which the item being worked on is transported and coated with lacquer
