UV curable lacquers

UV lacquers are polymerisation lacquers that completely harden in seconds with the assistance of specialist photoinitiators under UV light of specified wavelengths. Fusing of the lacquer products together causes complete hardening without by-products splitting off.

UV lacquers are mainly used in rolling processes where materials containing up to 100% of solid bodies are used. With spray and flow coating, a lower amount of solvent is required to adjust the viscosity.

A special form of water-dilutable UV lacquers.

They are completely hardened as with conventional UV lacquers, however not until the water has been sufficiently evaporated.
